General medicine is guided by the principle of "high efficiency and precision". It strengthens the multi-dimensional communication with patients and specialists and completes all kinds of examinations for patients in an efficient and rigorous manner. It provides extended medical services, either the scope of medical services from the previous ward services to pre-admission registration or post-discharge follow-up, insisting on personalized medical treatment and humanized services for patients. Based on the national influence of many prestigious specialties, the department organizes MDT consultation for many years to provide the high quality individualized treatment for inpatients.
Since the department became a standardized training base for General Medicine in 2018, it has set up a General Medicine Teaching and Research Section, and equipped with the director and secretary to better cooperate with the development of general medicine training.
