She has been a pediatrician for about 30 years，specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric endocrinology and metabolism diseases. As a pediatric endocrinologist, she manage a wide range of disorders that affect puberty and growth. She is an expert in children with growth and growth disorders, precocious puberty and disorders of sexual development , childhood and adolescence obesity, diabetes, thyroid and adrenal diseases, congenital genetic diseases, etc.

Responsible for many research projects supported by Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Fund and other fundations.
