Overview

Yong Li is a professor and the director of the Department of Radiology at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University. She graduated from Sun Yat-sen Medical University (Now named Sun Yat-sen University) with a bachelor's degree in July 1991. She received her master’s degree and doctoral degree of medicine from Sun Yat-sen University respectively in July 2001 and July 2006. She has been engaged in the imaging diagnosis, teaching and scientific research for 30 years. She is good at the imaging diagnosis of abdominal diseases (including liver, gallbladder, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital system, etc.). Her research focuses on the development of new diagnostic techniques and extending their clinical application of abdominal imaging. Her research has been supported by three general programs funds from Guangdong. She has trained 7 graduate students. As the first author or corresponding author, she has published over 30 scientific papers on journals. She is the member of the genitourinary Group of the Radiology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Radiology branch of Guangdong Female Medical Association, Standing Member of Tumor Imaging Diagnostics of Guangdong Provincial Anticancer Association, Standing Member of imaging branch of Guangdong association of liver disease. deputy leader of contrast agent group of Guangdong Chinese Society of Radiology.
