A PhD of obstetrics and gynecology, works as consultant doctor and associated professor of perinatal medical science, has engaged in clinical practice, teaching and scientific research of perinatal medicine in obstetrics and gynecology area for more than thirty years. In-depth research has been produced on perinatal medicine, especially when it comes to the prevention and treatment of fetal intrauterine infection and the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with liver disease, and achieved good therapeutic results. A deep understanding of female pelvic floor diseases was formed, postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation particularly. In addition, advanced French pelvic floor rehabilitation technology was first introduced by Dr.Liu in China as well. She has outstanding achievements in treating eugenics, prenatal diagnosis, high-risk pregnancy monitoring, pregnancy complications, abnormal delivery and etc. Apart from daily practical work, she also makes great contributions in theoretical aspect. She has undertaken and participated in several provincial scientific research projects and published more than 20 papers and participated in the compilation of several monographs. Medical support was provided to Zhongba County Health Service Center in Shigatse, Tibet, while she worked as one of the supporting members and the main operator in implementing the first cesarean section in the highest altitude area in the world. For all her achievements, she was hired as member of different associations, includes the Deputy director of female pelvic floor disease prevention and control of Guangdong women doctors association; Standing Committee member of the Second Committee of Female Urology Branch of Guangdong Urogenital Association; Deputy director of the professional Committee of perinatal medicine of Guangdong maternal and child health care association; Member of pelvic floor study group, 12th Committee of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Guangdong Medical Association. And in 2017, She was awarded the title of "Good Doctor Around the People" by the first Southern Guangdong Good Doctor and the third Yangcheng Good Doctor Selection Campaign; the title of “Hurun Ping An China Good Doctor” in the second “Hurun Ping An China Good Doctor list in the next year.
