The Guangzhou South Campus Clinic, located on the excellent surroundings of Guangzhou South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), is a branch of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University. The following departments are in the Clinic: internal medicine (including fever clinic and enteric diseases clinic), surgery, general practice, traditional Chinese medicine, gynecology, stomatology, dermatology, E.N.T., ophthalmology, physiotherapy, prevention and healthcare, radiation, B-ultrasound checking room, home healthcare service, clinical laboratory and pharmacy. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital sends out some specialists to see outpatients at the Guangzhou South Campus Clinic according to needs. At present, the cardiovascular and orthopedic surgery specialist departments have been set up (please refer to the outpatient notice for specific outpatient time). The Clinic has 73 medical, nursing and pharmaceutical technical staff, including 8 with senior titles. It is devoted to providing high quality and convenient medical treatment, health care and physical examination services for the students, faculty, staff and their family members on the Guangzhou South Campus. Together with other departments, they undertake the management of prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools.
