遗传物质变异的积累是肿瘤发生发展的重要原因之一。多年来,围绕肿瘤的遗传和表观遗传学展开深入研究。包括肿瘤的基因突变和表达、核酸和组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、DNA损伤修复等。发现多个肿瘤相关基因的遗传和表观遗传改变,揭示细胞周期调控异常与肿瘤发生发展,以及DNA损伤修复与肿瘤耐药的机制。发表论文近百篇,总引用6900多次,H指数45(来自Google Scholar),其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Advance Science、Cancer Research、Nucleic Acids Research、Clinical Cancer Research、Oncogene等杂志发表SCI研究论文60余篇。
