一、简介:

尹东,研究员,博士生导师。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院医学研究中心主任。从事肿瘤遗传与表观遗传研究20余载。

遗传物质变异的积累是肿瘤发生发展的重要原因。围绕肿瘤遗传和表观遗传学,聚焦肿瘤基因组。基因表达、核酸和组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、DNA损伤修复等表观遗传改变,发现了多个促癌和抑癌基因,并阐明了其肿瘤发生发展,及耐药的关系。发表论文近百篇,总引用6900多次,H指数45(来自Google Scholar),其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Nature、Advance Science、Cancer Research、Nucleic Acids Research、Clinical Cancer Research、Oncogene等杂志发表SCI研究论文60余篇。主持国自然8项(重点1项、面上7项),科技部重点研发子课题1项(组长),广东省广州市项目多项。授权专利8项。

我院医学研究中心已成为一个2万多平米的现代化实验室和高水平综合性医学科研基地,博士和硕士研究生导师30多名,先后获得了广州市重点实验室、广东省重点实验室(三次考核评估优秀)、广东省国际合作基地、科技部国际合作基地、科技部教育部引智基地、粤港联合实验室。为我院医教研人员、研究生及博士后等科研工作者提供先进的实验条件和技术体系。

1. 肿瘤基因组学和肿瘤分子遗传学;

2. 肿瘤基因表观调控;

3. 肿瘤DNA损伤修复与耐药机制;

4. 肿瘤分子分型与分子诊断。
