At the meeting, Xinxing County Party Secretary Chen Zhejiang highlighted the signing of the medical alliance agreement between Xinxing County People's Hospital and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital as a key milestone for local healthcare and public welfare. He called on health authorities and the county hospital to prioritize its development as both a core political task and a vital public welfare project, and promised the county's full support to that end. The ultimate goal is to shift from reliance on external support to self-sustained growth, setting a provincial model for county-level collaboration under the "Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project."
Yang Jianlin, Party Secretary of SYSMH, noted that the hospital’s recent efforts, guided by its "One Body, Two Wings" strategy and focused on improving services and channeling resources to the grassroots, have underpinned its support for the "Healthy China" initiative and the "Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project." With this agreement, the hospital will prioritize collaboration with Xinxing County as a key part of its "West Wing" development. It will dispatch management and clinical experts to build a collaborative "medical and management" model. The aim is to boost medical capabilities at Xinxing County People's Hospital, enhance public health satisfaction, and contribute to the "Xinxing Practice" in advancing "Healthy China."
