Huang Huarong graduated from the Medical Department of Sun Yat-sen Medical University in 1989, and has been engaged in medicine, teaching and research in the pediatrics department of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital for 32 years. At present, she is the chief physician of pediatrics department of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, tutor for postgraduate students and director of pediatric respiratory department. She is good at the diagnosis and treatment of children's respiratory tract infectious diseases, asthmatic diseases, chronic cough and children's asthma, especially the basic and clinical research of children's asthma. Scientific research: 54 first author or corresponding author, 8 SCI indexed papers, 1 book of chief editor, 2 books of participating editor, 9 projects of provincial department level and National Natural Science Foundation, 1 third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008.
