Wenjun Wang, MD, PhD, graduated from the faculty of Clinical Medicine, Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Science. She has been in Houston Fertility Institute to learn the clinical and embryo manipulation techniques of in vitro fertilization. She is the chief physician, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the Reproductive Medicine Center of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, and director of the laboratory. She won the title of "Lingnan Famous Doctor" in the "Record of Lingnan Famous Doctors" in 2019 and 2020. Specialties: Professor Wang`s work focuses on clinical treatment and medical research within the fields of fertility treatment using assisted reproduction techniques. She also familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis with infertility, various menstrual disturbance, repeated pregnancy loss, hyperprolactinemia, polycystic ovary syndrome and diminished ovarian reserve. Research situation: Her research direction focuses on relationship between follicular development and egg quality, genetics and reproductive health, fertility preservation. As a major participant, she won the Guangdong Science and Technology Award twice. She presided over or participated in national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. She has published over 90 papers in domestic and over 30 SCI papers as first or corresponding author.
