【基金申报】关于公开征集2015年度CMB-CP项目的通知

各科室：

2015年CMB Collaborating Programs(CMB-CP)项目正在公开征集。CMB-CP项目是由美国中华医学基金会（China Medical Board，简称CMB）资助，以大学为基础、学者为主导、研究卫生政策体系科学某一个特定领域的科研或教育项目。从2011年起，CMB面向全国受CMB资助院校公开征集CMB-CP项目，经过3轮的公开征集，目前，CMB共资助了13个CMB-CP项目。2015年，CMB计划新资助5个CMB-CP项目，优先考虑以下领域：

Priority will be given to combined research, education, and capacity-building activities that focus on the highest Chinese health challenges in the following areas:

Emerging health challenges in China, especially research activities involving diseases with a high burden of disease in China (and excluding lab based bio-medical research); with special attention to:

*Pollution and environmental health problems

*Non-communicable diseases and degenerating aging

*Key risk factors such as exercise, diet, and smoking

Health policies and health systems responses to address emerging health challenges, such as those related to health governance, ethics, financing, human resources, care delivery systems, health technology assessment, and health informatics. Special attention will be given to:

*Enhancing quality and safety of health services

*Innovations in primary health care for disadvantaged populations

*Novel financing, educational or other strategies

获立项的CMB-CP项目执行期3年，最高资助金额30万美元。3年期满，项目将进行评估以决定是否继续支持。

按照CMB项目申报规定，必须由学校统一提交申请。请各科室做好CMB-CP项目的宣传和征集工作，请于3月18日下午5点前将申报意向报我科，并于3月27日上午12时前将项目申请摘要提交我科，以便上报学校组织评审，并统一报送CMB。具体申报信息，请参阅附件的项目征集书。
